We always think that there are not unacceptable members, only organization does not realize the capabilities of staffs and does not know the right way to work with them and maximize their abilities.
A new member will never have a great position in the company up to they have built up some backgrounds and you won’t get any experiences till you have a work. AI&T’s training approach will encode the opposite meaning of a job and an experience. Our members do not rest in the front of a computer and programming. Instead, we carry our staffs through a FULL TIME PROJECT’S LIFE CYCLE, from requirement analysis stage and system design to complete standards based coding of the project.
